Trusted Interior Painting Company in Lawrenceville
The inside of your home is where you actually live. The paint there shows up in every photo, every dinner, every quiet Sunday morning on the couch. A rushed paint job with drips on the trim, roller marks on the ceiling, and tape pulled off too early will drive you crazy for years. A careful one disappears into the background and makes the whole house feel better. We aim for the second one.
What's Included in Our Interior Painting Service
Interior painting is more than putting color on walls. Every surface gets treated on its own terms. Trim doesn't get the same roller we used on the walls. Ceilings don't get the same sheen as baseboards. The details add up. A good interior paint job starts with careful prep, uses the right products for each surface, and ends with a clean, finished space that looks better than when we arrived.

Interior Painting — The Details That Matter
Interior Painting Problems We Fix Every Day
-
"The last painters left drips and brush marks everywhere."
We take prep and technique seriously because the proof is in the finished surface. A clean interior paint job should have zero visible brush marks, no drips, and crisp lines between colors.
-
"My walls have a ton of small holes, cracks, and damage."
Patching small drywall damage is part of interior prep — included in most projects, not a surprise add-on. Bigger drywall damage can be handled too; we'll call it out in the estimate.
-
"I have water stains on the ceiling."
Stain-blocking primer solves this. Paint alone doesn't — stains bleed right through. We use the right primer to seal stains before the color coat goes on.
-
"The color never looks right when I do it myself."
Lighting in your home changes how paint looks from morning to night. A room that seems perfect at noon can look off at 8 PM. We help you test colors in real-world conditions before you commit.
-
"My trim is banged up from years of furniture and kids."
Damaged trim gets sanded, patched, and repainted. Severely damaged trim can be replaced and painted to match — we'll quote that separately if it comes up.
-
"I want to paint, but I can't move out for a week."
You don't have to. We work in stages, keep rooms livable, and plan the schedule around how you use the space. Most homeowners stay in their home throughout the project with only minor inconvenience.
-
"I've had painters leave my house a mess."
End-of-day cleanup is built into how we work. Every day the job site gets put back together — tape pulled, drop cloths folded, trash removed, tools staged for the next day. You don't come home to chaos.
Why Gwinnett Families Hire Mena's Quality Painting for Interior Work
Mena's Quality Painting is a family-owned painting company rooted in Gwinnett County. Over 10 years of painting experience in the Mena family, and a business built on a straightforward promise: our crew, your project, careful work, honest communication.
We're members of the Painting Contractors Association (PCA), the National Hispanic Contractors Association (NAHICA), and winners of the Best of Gwinnett County award. Our 3-year labor warranty is written into every project. Our crew never gets subcontracted out — we bring our own team to every job.
If you've had a bad experience with a painter before, you're not alone. A lot of the homeowners who call us have. Part of why we run the business the way we do is to be the opposite of that experience.
No Subcontractors — Ever
The crew painting your home is our crew. Not a third-party contractor. Not a day-labor fill-in. Our team, on every job, every time. That's how we guarantee quality.
Communication That Doesn't DIssapear
You'll know what's happening and when. From your first quote to the final walkthrough, you'll have a direct line to us — not a call center.
A 3-Year Labor Warranty
We take great pride in our workmanship, and it's backed in writing. If something's off within three years, we come back and make it right.
Quality Materials — Inside & Out
Trusted products like Sherwin-Williams mean the finish holds up to real daily life — kids, dogs, weather, and everything in between.
Recognized by Our Community
Best of Gwinnett County. Member of the PCA and NAHICA. Hundreds of homes painted. Your neighbors already trust us — and we work hard to keep it that way.
The Interior Paint Products We Trust
Sherwin-Williams
our go-to for most interior work. Specifically Emerald, SuperPaint, and Cashmere.
Sheen selection
matte for ceilings, eggshell or satin for most walls, satin or semi-gloss for trim and doors, semi-gloss for bathrooms and kitchens. We help pick the right sheen for each room.
Primer
never optional on the surfaces that need it. Stain-blocking primer for water stains, bonding primer for glossy surfaces, drywall primer for new construction or heavy patches.
Here's What Your Neighbors Are Saying...
OUR PROCESS: How Our Interior Painting Projects Usually Run
-
Free In-Home Estimate
We come out, walk the rooms, take measurements, and listen to what you want. We bring color samples if you're undecided.
-
Written quote in your inbox
Usually within 1–3 days. Line-itemed, clear, and honest. No "TBD" pricing.
-
Scheduling & color confirmation
Once you approve, we lock your dates and finalize color choices. We'll send a short prep checklist for you (usually just "move small items off shelves").
-
Day one: prep
Move furniture to the center of rooms, cover everything with drop cloths, tape off trim and fixtures, patch holes, handle any repairs. This is the most time-consuming step, and it's the most important.
-
Cut-in and rolling
Brush work around edges and trim, then roll the walls in even coats. Most rooms get two coats; dark color changes may need more.
-
Trim, doors, and details
Usually done after the walls are finished so trim gets a fresh final pass without wall-paint splatter.
-
End-of-day reset
Every day, the space is cleaned up, drop cloths folded, and tools staged.
-
Final walkthrough
We walk every painted surface with you. Any touch-ups happen on the spot.
-
Warranty activation
The 3-year labor warranty starts the day we finish. Paperwork is sent to you by email.
3-Year Workmanship Warranty on Every Interior Project
If our interior work fails within three years because of how we did it — roller marks that shouldn't be there, paint peeling where we didn't prep right, trim that wasn't sanded before we painted it — we come back and make it right.
That's the warranty. In writing. Every job. No fine print designed to wiggle out of responsibility.
Paint manufacturers provide their own warranties on the products themselves (typically 5–25 years depending on the line). Between the product warranty and our labor warranty, you're covered on both sides of the equation.
