Gwinnett Businesses Trust Us With Their Spaces
Your business doesn't stop for a paint job. Customers still need to come through the door, employees still need to work, patients still need care, and products still need to ship.
From local retailers to professional offices to warehouse facilities across Gwinnett, commercial property owners and managers have trusted Mena's Quality Painting for over a decade. Our work shows up on time, works around operating schedules, and protects the spaces it's painting.
What's Included in Our Commercial Painting Service
Commercial painting differs from residential work in three main ways: scheduling around business operations, managing customer and employee traffic, and handling facility-specific surfaces (high ceilings, industrial coatings, specialty substrates). We've built our commercial practice around all three.
Commercial Painting — What Makes Us Easy to Work With
Commercial Painting Problems We Solve Every Day
-
"I can't shut down my business for a paint job."
You don't have to. Most commercial painting projects happen after hours, overnight, or on weekends. We'll build the schedule around your operating hours, not the other way around.
-
"My property manager needs this done on a tight deadline."
We can scale our crew size to match urgency. Tenant turnovers, grand opening prep, and post-construction touch-ups all get priority scheduling when the timeline is tight.
-
"My last commercial painter wasn't professional enough to be around our customers."
We understand the difference between a residential and commercial jobsite. Our crew shows up in uniform, keeps work zones clean, communicates respectfully with your staff, and doesn't interfere with your business operations.
-
"I need epoxy floors in my warehouse."
We handle industrial floor coatings including epoxy, polyurethane, and sealer applications. We'll scope the prep (which is the hard part of any floor coating) and the product selection based on your facility's actual use.
-
"My storefront needs painted before a rebrand launch."
Exterior storefronts, signage backgrounds, and customer-facing areas can be painted on accelerated timelines. We plan around your launch date.
-
"My healthcare facility needs to stay clean and safe during painting."
Healthcare spaces require specific products (anti-microbial, low-VOC) and scheduling (around patient hours, HVAC considerations, sometimes containment barriers). We've done this work before and know what it takes.
-
"I need an entire hotel repainted."
Hotel projects scale to the size of the property. Common areas, hallways, exterior, and guest rooms are all in scope. We work with property management to coordinate around occupancy.
-
"My commercial building has 20-foot ceilings."
Lift-based painting, scaffolding, and high-reach equipment are all part of commercial work. We have the insurance, equipment, and experience to handle tall facilities safely.
-
"I need regular maintenance painting — not just one-time projects."
We do ongoing work for property managers and facility managers across Gwinnett. Regular maintenance, quick touch-ups between tenants, and scheduled refreshes can all be set up on recurring schedules.
Why Gwinnett Businesses Hire Mena's Quality Painting
Commercial clients choose us for the same reasons residential clients do: consistent crews, real communication, careful work, and accountability when something needs fixing.
Mena's Quality Painting is a family-owned, 10+ year-old painting company with deep roots in Gwinnett County. We're members of the Painting Contractors Association (PCA), the National Hispanic Contractors Association (NAHICA), and we won the Best of Gwinnett award for the quality of our work.
On the commercial side specifically, we bring full liability and workers' compensation insurance, safety-compliant jobsite practices, and the scheduling flexibility that makes it possible to paint around a running business. Every project is backed by our 3-year labor warranty in writing.
No Subcontractors — Ever
The crew painting your home is our crew. Not a third-party contractor. Not a day-labor fill-in. Our team, on every job, every time. That's how we guarantee quality.
Communication That Doesn't DIssapear
You'll know what's happening and when. From your first quote to the final walkthrough, you'll have a direct line to us — not a call center.
A 3-Year Labor Warranty
We take great pride in our workmanship, and it's backed in writing. If something's off within three years, we come back and make it right.

OUR PROCESS: How Commercial Painting Projects Run
-
Initial consultation
Phone call or on-site visit to understand the scope, your operating hours, and any special requirements (OSHA compliance, tenant coordination, urgency).
-
Site walkthrough
We visit the property, measure, photograph, and note access points, substrates, and any safety considerations.
-
Written proposal
Detailed quote including scope, products, schedule, crew size, pricing, and timeline. We provide insurance certificates and references on request.
-
Contract and scheduling
Once the proposal is approved, we lock in start and finish dates around your business schedule.
-
Pre-project coordination
Communication with your operations team, property manager, or GC about access, keys, alarm codes, working hours, and any no-paint zones.
-
Site protection and containment
Floors, equipment, inventory, and non-painted surfaces all protected before any paint goes on.
-
Prep work
Pressure washing (exterior), patching (interior), priming, sanding, caulking — whatever the substrate requires.
-
Painting
Crew sized to the project and the schedule. Night shifts, weekend shifts, or phased work by section as needed.
-
Cleanup between shifts
Every shift ends with the space usable again — no trip hazards, no leftover tape, no overnight messes.
-
Walkthrough with your point person
Property manager, GC, or business owner walks the completed work with us. Any touch-ups are handled.
-
Final invoice and warranty documentation
Invoice with detailed scope. 3-year labor warranty paperwork included.
3-Year Labor Warranty on Every Commercial Project
Commercial property owners and managers need warranty coverage they can actually call on. Ours is 3 years, in writing, on every commercial project — the same coverage we offer residential clients.
If our commercial paintwork fails due to our workmanship within three years — coating failure from prep issues, peeling because of primer or product error, or application defects — we return and repair it at no charge.
Heavy-use commercial environments (warehouses, industrial, healthcare surfaces cleaned with harsh chemicals) may have specific wear patterns that fall outside standard workmanship warranty. We'll walk through realistic expectations for your specific facility at the estimate.
